About NELCE
Community Impact
Through NELCE, the voice of Northeast London residents has positively influenced decisions for this community because we are a sought after residents’ voice and participate in a wide variety of community development activities.
NELCE has represented residents at community group meetings, public forums and events such as:
- Beacock Public Library
- City of London - Community Safety and Crime Prevention Advisory Committee
- City Hall Administration – Community Services Department
- City Hall Administration-Environmental & Engineering Services Department [Roads & Transportation]
- City Hall Employees’ Group
- Kipps Lane and Community [KLaC] – formerly Kipps Lane Residents Working Group
- London Intercommunity Health Centre Community Advisory Council
- London Police Services
- London Transit Commission
- North East Working Group (NEWG)
- Urban League of London
